“Colin owns three parcels which total 0.65ha. Two of them are located mid-slope, at the same altitude as Chevalier-Montrachet, and the third is on the plateau at the top of the slope. This wine stuns with expressive aromas of ripe white peaches on the initial attack, delicately coating the palate but showing no heaviness at all. Here the wine was racked off its lees after the first twelve months, but put back into barrel for an another winter before bottling. Drinking Window 2022 – 2034.”
